Member benefit programs for groups

Give your members something they’ll actually use.

We assemble member benefit programs for organizations — travel, everyday discounts, wellness, roadside, identity protection, and affinity insurance — and brand them as yours. Your members get the benefit under your name, at rates no individual could get alone.

Inside everyday discounts

Seven categories, thousands of offers.

Travel here means discount offers on hotels and rental cars, and well-being here means discounts on fitness and vision — both separate from the branded travel portal and the wellness app, which are their own programs.

Affinity insurance program

A rate your members can’t get anywhere else.

We work with a top-rated national carrier to file a program that exists only for your organization. Your members get an exclusive rate tier and their own hotline — they call it directly, identify themselves as your member, and get handled. Auto first; other lines depending on your group.

Built for organizations with 20,000 or more members.

Insurance is underwritten by the issuing carrier. Coverage is subject to underwriting and is not available in all states. Rates and availability are set by the carrier.

Travel portal

Booking, at your address.

Your own branded booking site, with rates below what the same platform shows the public. Members book the way they already book — they just do it somewhere that has your name on it.

“Below public rates” compares against what the same booking platform offers someone signing up directly, without access to an organization’s portal. Not every property shows a lower rate on every date, and we do not compare against other booking sites. See our disclaimer.

How it works

Four steps, and most of them are ours.

1
Choose your programs

One, several, or the whole set. Nothing is bundled against your will.

2
Tell us your group size

Headcount drives the per-member rate on everything except the travel portal.

3
We brand it and launch

Your logo, your colors, your name — on the portal and on the member-facing material.

4
Members start saving

You announce it. We handle support so your staff does not become a help desk.

Most portals are live in about ten business days.

Take the whole set.

Tell us once what your members need. We put the programs together and bring in the right provider for each one, so you are not running five separate searches.

Questions

Before you ask us.

Are these programs insurance?

Five of the six are not. Travel, everyday discounts, wellness, roadside assistance, and identity monitoring are membership benefit programs. The affinity program is genuine insurance, underwritten by the issuing carrier and subject to underwriting and state availability.

What does white-labeled actually mean?

The travel portal carries your organization's name, logo, and colors, at your own address. Members experience it as your benefit, not as a third-party site you happen to link to.

How are the quoted programs priced?

Everyday discounts, wellness, roadside, and identity monitoring are quoted as a rate per member, based on how many members you have. Your organization sponsors that rate and gives the benefit to members. You decide what, if anything, members pay.

Do we sign one agreement with you, or several?

It depends on the program. Some we provide and bill directly. For others we bring in the provider best suited to your group, and they negotiate and contract with you — we make the introduction, help shape the deal, and stay involved. Either way, you start in one place instead of running five separate searches.

Who supports our members?

We do. Each program has its own member-facing support channel, so questions about a booking, a claim, or an alert do not land on your staff.

Can we add programs later?

Yes. Groups commonly start with one program and add others at renewal. Adding a program does not restart the agreements already in place.

What if we have more than 10,000 members?

Then the travel portal is quoted rather than bought online. At that scale the build and the support load are different enough that a fixed online price would be a guess.

Why does affinity insurance need 20,000 members?

A carrier has to file a program before an exclusive rate tier can exist. That filing only makes sense against a group large enough to produce credible volume, which in practice means around twenty thousand members or more.
